Questions
Most questions get answered before the call.
Everything I get asked on the diagnostic call, written down. If yours is not here, send it to me directly. I read every email.
Working with me
What it costs, and
what it does not cover.
What services do you offer?
I work with founders and owners as their senior marketing operator. Full strategy and the execution to back it up. Marketing roadmap, scaling plan, paid acquisition across Google and Meta, conversion tracking, and the weekly working sessions to keep it moving. One person on it, not a team of juniors.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
At most agencies the owner sells the work, an account manager runs the relationship, and a junior runs your account. Three layers of telephone before the work reaches your campaigns. With me there is one layer. Same person on the strategy call, on the keyboard, and on the weekly summary.
Project work versus monthly retainer?
Both. One-time projects make sense for a clean tracking rebuild, a strategy sprint, or an audit. Monthly retainers make sense when you want me embedded as a fractional senior marketing lead, meeting weekly with the founder and running the program. I will tell you on the call which one fits your situation.
How long does a full setup take?
A clean tracking rebuild takes one to three weeks depending on the stack. A full Google Ads rebuild runs four to six weeks before the account stabilizes. Meta moves faster, usually two to four weeks. A complete marketing-strategy reset with execution on top of it lives in a 60 to 90 day window.
What makes you different from other marketers?
I lead with the diagnosis, not the credentials. I will not run ads against broken tracking or build a strategy I cannot execute. I work in your account, not over your shoulder, so the work is auditable. And I send a written weekly summary every Monday, so the founder always knows what changed and why.
Audits and access
What the free audit is,
and what it costs you.
Two free audits, one paid. Request the custom one or read the full pricing breakdown.
Do you offer a free audit?
Yes, two of them, and neither is gated behind an email address. The one most founders want is the custom account audit: send your URL through the form at /audit-request/ and I write a 5 to 7 page audit of your account and send it back within 72 hours. No call is required to receive it. The other is the Google Ads Setup Audit, a free 25-page PDF workbook you run against your own account.
What account access do you need for an audit?
For the free custom account audit, none. I write it from public account data, so you submit a URL and nothing changes hands. For the paid audit I ask for read-only access and nothing above it: read-only user access on Google Ads, viewer on GA4 and Google Tag Manager, an analyst-role partner add on Meta. Nothing gets written, paused or restructured during a diagnosis, and you can revoke every grant from your own login.
Do I have to hire you after the audit?
No. No retainer is required and no obligation is attached to either audit. If the audit is sharp, book a call and I walk you through the findings. If it is not, keep the document and you are out nothing. If the right call is to keep your current setup, or to hand the findings to whoever runs the account now, that is what the audit says.
The work itself
What the work covers,
channel by channel.
Do you do all seven services or can I pick one?
Pick whichever fits. Most engagements start with conversion tracking because everything else depends on it, but if your tracking is already in good shape I can start anywhere. I will tell you on the discovery call whether you need what you think you need.
What is the minimum engagement?
For a one-time project, the minimum is a tracking audit, usually one to three weeks of scoped work. For a retainer, the minimum is three months, because Google Ads and the strategy work both need time to compound before performance stabilizes.
How do you set goals?
On the discovery call I want to hear three numbers from you: current monthly spend, current CPL or ROAS, and the realistic 90-day target. From there I will tell you whether the target is achievable and what the lever is. If your goals do not match the spend, I will say so on the call.
Who owns the work after the engagement ends?
You. I work inside your accounts using your logins, not mine. When the engagement ends, you keep the GTM container, the Google Ads account, the Meta Business Manager, the documentation, all of it. Nothing leaves with me.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Standard practice. I sign mutual NDAs with most retainer clients and confidentiality is implicit in everything I do, NDA or not. If you have your own NDA template, send it over and I will sign before the discovery call.
What if it is not working after a few months?
You can end the engagement at the end of any month. I will not lock you into an annual contract. If something is not working you and I should both be looking at the data on the same call and deciding whether to adjust, pivot, or part ways.
